General delivery and shipping information

Shipping area: The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping:

  • Domestic (Germany):
    • Free shipping: For orders over 100 € for goods ordered directly in the online shop.
    • Shipping costs: € 8.50 for goods ordered directly from the online shop with an order value of less than €100.
    • Rental equipment and accessories: Separate shipping costs apply for rental equipment and rentable accessories.
  • Abroad: The exact shipping costs for deliveries abroad are displayed during the order process in the shop. In principle, all international deliveries are subject to the delivery method FCA (Incoterms 2010).
    • Note: Shipping cost calculation is only available if you have placed products in your shopping cart.

Delivery times:

  • Domestic (Germany): 1 - 3 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction, if goods are in stock).
  • Abroad: 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction, if the goods are in stock).
  • Sundays and public holidays: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Orders with multiple items: Orders with items that have different delivery times will be shipped in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
  • Note: If necessary, please feel free to ask our staff about the status of your order.

Additional Information:

  • Delivery to packing stations: Delivery to packing stations is possible. Please specify when ordering.
  • Partial deliveries: In the event of delivery bottlenecks, your order may be shipped in several partial deliveries.
  • Damage to the goods: Please check the goods for damage upon receipt. If you notice any damage, please contact our customer service immediately.
